### Providers

Our providers make sure the payment processing is reliable, providing support, as well as providing fraud protection and absorbing its costs.

* [MoonPay](https://www.moonpay.io/) powers our **debit/credit card** integration.
* [Wyre](https://www.sendwyre.com/) powers our **Apply Pay** integration.

### Fees

* For debit/credit cards
  * MoonPay has given us a discounted fee rate of **3.99%** instead of 4.5% with a minimum fee of 4.99 EUR.
    * We are aware of the relatively higher fees required for MoonPay to provide quality sustainable service and protection against credit card fraud and have decided not to charge any affiliate fees on top to keep fees lower for users.
    * We are also actively working with MoonPay on getting economies of scale to work so we can offer even cheaper fees in the future.
* For Apply Pay: Wyre will charge **0.9% + $0.30** cents.

### Countries supported

* For debit/credit cards, we support all of [MoonPay's supported countries](https://help.moonpay.io/en/articles/2509629-can-anyone-use-this-service) (except for the United States, which we'll support soon).
* For Apply Pay, we support only the United States for now.

### Support

* If you have any payment or on-ramp related questions with **debit/card cards**, please visit MoonPay’s [Help Desk](https://help.moonpay.io/en/) or reach out to their support team at <support@moonpay.io>.
